Virginia’s initially JW Marriott resort is coming to Reston, Comstock Holdings Cos. Inc. reported Thursday in an announcement about the forthcoming $250 million luxury hotel. 

CRS Hotel LC, a single of Comstock’s managed providers, has entered a franchise agreement with Marriott Intercontinental for the undertaking, which will be section of Reston Station, a 60-acre blended-use improvement amongst Dulles Toll Street and Wiehle Reston-East Metro Station.
