We were a group of 4 staying here for holiday, check in time is stated at 3pm but we got there at 7-8am and was checked in right away. We even asked for complimentary upgrades which was given to us by Sharon who was amazing and helpful at Reception. As soon as we came out of the taxi the hotel Bell service was amazing and made sure our luggage was handled and dropped to our room as soon as we checked in. Frank & Timothy in particular was very kind and helpful.
We were half board customers so breakfast and either lunch or dinner was included otherwise our vouchers would have got us other meals within the hotel. The buffet restaurant had a good selection although the food never really changed while we were there, not sure if this was due to the month of Ramadan while we were there. There are a variety of other restaurants which are award winning and we could see even customers outside of the hotel were visiting.
The only downfall we felt was for such a massive hotel the pool area was very small and at times it was difficult find a chair by the pool. There is also the pain of customers leaving their towels there for ages without being at the chairs, I feel if after an hour or so people are not there then towels should be removed for other people to use the area.
Cleanliness was second to none and we were very impressed with the look and feel, face masks were also provided if you forgot your own. There was also a shuttle bus service which takes customers from the hotel to Dubai Mall although on the last day where we had so much time to kill the bus broke so we had to get a taxi.
On departure our Bell service was again amazing and Gopi in particular helped looked for a taxi big enough to accommodate for our big luggage’s as well as us.
Overall we would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely revisit.
