New Restaurant and Bar to Open in Graduate Hotel

Graduate State College or university lodge will open Trophy Home, its new restaurant and bar, on Thursday.

“Trophy Space is a signature Graduate Resorts foodstuff and beverage strategy rooted in nostalgia, serving up vintage American dishes with a youthful spin,” according to the hotel’s web-site.

Even though the cafe is new to the 125 S. Atherton St. place, other Graduate lodge homes in university towns such as Chapel Hill, Evanston and Charlottesville have their possess Trophy Rooms.

The menu of basic American dishes reflects “regional flavors and community influences,” in accordance to the resort.

At Graduate State College, the Trophy Room’s evening meal menu capabilities shareable starters, Cobb and Caesar salads, and entrees such as a smash burger, grilled cheese and tomato soup, rooster tenders and a Reuben sandwich.

The cocktail menu incorporates regionally themed beverages like the Happy Valley Drinking water(strawberry vodka, cranberry juice, soda, basil and lemon peel), Ms. Point out School (gin, St-Germain, grapefruit juice, soda and lemon peel) and Atherton Giggle Juice (vodka, Major Spring Spirits coconut rum, bitter and soda).

Trophy Space will be open 4 to midnight on Thursdays 7 a.m. to noon and 4 p.m. to midnight on Fridays 7 a.m. to midnight on Saturdays and 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sundays. The kitchen closes at 10 p.m. Thursday by Saturday.
