Graduate Resort Visitor Killed by Stray Gunfire in Annapolis

The Annapolis Law enforcement Section is investigating a fatal taking pictures that still left a woman useless as she sat on the patio at the Graduate Resort in the 100 block of West Road.

On June 29th at 12:21 a.m. officers responded to the 100 block of West Avenue for a report of a target struggling from a gunshot wound.
